SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION (PERSONALIZED GOODS)

  • Color and Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our personalized chocolate products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Perishable Nature: Our products consist of chocolate and confectionery items. By purchasing, you acknowledge the perishable nature of these goods.
  • Customization Approval: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any names, dates, texts, or graphics provided for customization are free of typos, spelling errors, or copyright infringements. We print exactly what you provide. Once an order enters production, no changes can be made.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (TURKEY TO USA/EU)

  • Origin of Goods: All products are crafted and shipped directly from our production facility in Turkey.
  • Delivery Destination: We primarily serve customers in the United States and the European Union.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries upon arrival. The Favors Studio is not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance processes.
  • Weather and Melting: While we take precautions during packaging, the customer acknowledges that chocolate is heat-sensitive. We are not liable for packages left unattended in warm conditions (such as outdoor mailboxes) post-delivery.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, where our parent company GLEAMIA GIFTS LTD is registered, while respecting mandatory consumer protection laws of the United States and the European Union where applicable.
