Thank you for choosing The Favors Studio (operated by GLEAMIA GIFTS LTD). We specialize in creating custom-made, personalized chocolate favors for your special events. Because our products are personalized and freshly prepared, please review our shipping and processing timelines below.


1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)


Every single order we receive is unique and custom-made.

  • We begin preparing your personalized design and production on the same day your order is placed.
  • Your order will be carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped within 2 business days.

Please note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Estimates


To ensure maximum freshness and quality, all our premium chocolates are securely packed and shipped directly from our production facility in Turkey. We partner with express international carriers to deliver to the United States and the European Union.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Time (From Order to Door): Approximately 5 to 7 business days.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that estimated delivery dates are not absolute guarantees, as international transit can occasionally be affected by weather or customs clearance.


3. Tracking Your Order


As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking status closely, especially for perishable items like chocolate.


4. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

  • For US Customers: Orders valued under $800 USD typically do not incur any customs duties or import taxes.
  • For EU Customers: Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to local VAT and customs processing upon arrival. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: The Favors Studio is not responsible for minor transit delays caused by customs inspection procedures in the destination country.

5. Important Note Regarding Chocolate & Hot Weather


Since chocolate is sensitive to high temperatures, we use secure packaging to protect your items during transit. However:

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery.
  • The Favors Studio cannot be held responsible for chocolates that melt due to being left outside in direct sunlight, on porches, or in warm mailboxes for extended periods after the courier has successfully delivered the package.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We begin processing orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee address changes after 2 hours from purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input by the buyer.
